LFWend; OOTD

Hey Skittles,

The close of the shortest month came bearing nothing but refreshing experiences. As mentioned in my last post, I had the privilege of being part of an audience that witnessed the buzzing UK fashion industry at an intimate level. Received a comment from a regular reader a week ago who requested me to be more generous with pics rather than words. I have decided to take heed and as a result, I have separated this post into three parts. the first being what I wore, the idea behind my outfit and all the outfit details. Thereafter you guys can look forward to my overview on the event, including a
streetyle session and the catwalk shows i attended. Hope you enjoy this one.

hair and makeup- Aone
Jumpsuit- H&M
Shoes- eBay
Clutch- Tresbeautfashionhouse
Bodyart- Primark

There's just a cleanliness behind all white, however I was careful not to look sterile by bringing out my Union Jack print clutch and a bit of body art to drift attention.

My makeup was laid back and subtle.

I wore my 18 inch full lace wig, pinned it on tight and piled it up into a bun towards the temple of my head.

Special thanks to Botho Motlhanka, Thapelo Letsebe, Gao Mmusi and Sanya Smith who gave me constructive pointers on my look. Can't thank my beloved sister and brother in law who were also my hosts, enough! And ofcourse my dearest parents who are the powerhouses behind me realising my dreams. My friend Bame Thokwane and Karabo Tshediso for hooking a sister up.

Do check out a more wordy account on the experience on Pristine Online Magazine as well Mmegi Newspaper( 14th March issue) also available online.

With endless love,

ROGUE

Nihao Skittles,

Hat;H&M
Bandage two-piece; Tresbeautfashionhouse
Shoes; Giuseppe Zanotti (avail. @Tresbeautfashionhouse)
Coat;ZARA women
Body Chain; Tresbeautfashionhouse
Pardon me for not posting in such a span, got a little caught up being a tourist and catching up with friends and family. However, I did step out into the streets of London, Russel Square to be specific, where my friend Bame Thokwane shot the most ravishing images of me in ROGUE. Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's day. Here goes.

Booty Tooch!
I just love the instant glam and elegance induced by a well tailored double breast coat. Try it ladies. Most definatley a timeless winter trend. And what better way to add character to the ensemble than rocking a wool flat brim hat to match.

Hand chains also known as Slave bracelets are the prettiest creations ever!

Special thanks to my photographer and all my faithful readers for the continued support. Email me for shopping enquiries {aone.ditirwa3@gmail.com} and select 'Lookbook' in the menu bar above to see my daily posts on Instagram. Lastly, a major shoutout to a big fan and a dear friend, my roommate Sanya Felicia Smith on her birthday. With endless love,

#FPFweekends; The Lebajoa Twins

Nihao skittles,

So I spent all morning exploiting my writing skills and trying to come up with the perfect plan for an accurate piece on my feature today.Well, epic fail! Maybe because I was constantly robbed of words in astonishment and of course we could blame the infamous writers block. So I thought, let me just wing this!

I've been crushing heavily on not one but a pair of absolute flames!Say maybe 5"4 tall, slim figured girls named NYane and Mpho Lebajoa. Originally from Lesotho in Southern Africa but have now settled in Southampton, England.

Mpho and NYane are like lock and key if you follow, with two different yet essential roles in the world of fashion!Although they both represent fearless and boundless style,NYane is frequently spotted in undiscovered pieces that she makes her own. Basically a risk taker that isn't afraid to introduce trends of her own and bring back deserted trends of the 80s. Her sister on the other hand has the profound ability to give 'laid back' a new definition in intriguing yet super comfie pieces of clothing with the wide brimmed fedoras fast becoming her signature accessory. In an interview from the London Fashion Weekend with PrettyLittleThingsTV, NYane and Mpho said they are greatly influenced by the Olsen twins in more ways than one.
An overload of jewellery is fast becoming a popular trend. However an understanding of shapes is necessary for
proper coordination.

SUITS are my weakness.

Meet Mpho!

My personal favourite thing about Mpho has to be her calmness. Just the way her looks are ever so easy yet never boring.

Retro Chic

Cleated  platform heels are simply a MUST HAVE

The twins at 17 years of age 3 years ago. This would still pass as trendy today.

When it comes to NYane, I am completely blown away by her boisterous bravery which inturn has me falling deeply in love with grey hair. Many would label it a no go zone for a young girl of colour but like its always preached, you will never know until you try.

With their beauty and artistic skills NYane(a model and blogger)  and Mpho(a designer and  a student) have seen themselves work hand in hand with global fashion powerhouses!

I also wanna take the opportunity to invite any interested fashion lovers who would either like to be featured or to suggest  a fashion icon to be recognised, email me at aone.ditirwa3@gmail.com. Follow NYane on instagram @nyanelebajoa and Mpho @mpholebajoa. Thank you for all reading. With endless love,
